TLC Fosters will be hosting Meow-a-Ween Halloween event at 8 Bit Barcade in downtown Peoria on October 21 from 2-5 p.m. Tickets to the event are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Admission includes appetizers, a drink ticket, costume contest, cash bar, and a silent auction. All money raised from the event will go directly to TLC Fosters.Â
